If you are looking for a Star Wars tv show, watch Andor or Ahsoka. The Acolyte is a classic example of someone creating their interpretation of a star wars show vs. expanding and honoring the culture/mythos. This show feels like a cop procedural show with star wars paint slapped on it. A Jedi would not say, “I can’t let a civilian go in there…” there are other examples of clunky dialogue. Also, in the first 2 episode the same force move is used 3x times. It just feels clunky and not that good.
