Very disappointed. Went into this thinking I would have a “coach” but I didn’t get that. I got someone who was only responding to the group. I asked questions for my own needs and got a response that “ we discuss this in week two”. That’s great but I needed or wanted the answer then So yes, if you looking for just cookie cutter type of program this could be a good fit
