I give it a 4 for one reason only.
I cannot hear Conrad talk.
He only moves his lip slightly and he talks through his teeth. They only open up about a quarter inch.
His low bass tone makes it difficult to hear his words.
My suggestion for his character..
Open your mouth and speak more clear.
Other than that I love the show.
