The comedy will make you howl with laughter, the emotional scenes will leave you with a hurt heart, the love story will make you excited and the action scenes will satisfy mass audiences. My issue is that I’m not a member of mass Indian audiences, and I found the over-the-top fights a bit detracting from the emotion at times. The intense comedy followed by a short conclusion in the climax left me a bit unsatisfied, but even then I give this film 8/10 for the spectacle.

Watch this for the comedy, don’t expect brilliant script writing or a plot, just enjoy it.

Kanagaraj set up the movie brilliantly. The first half was excellent but the build-up to the climax disappointed me a bit. I’ve watched a few of his other movies and they’re amazing, so I’m excited for Vikram. 4/5 stars, I’d watch this when bored.

I watched this movie because I was bored, and it wowed me beyond my expectations. I give this a 9/10. Some action scenes gave me goosebumps.

After watching Mayabazar I started going down the route of old Telugu comedies, and this entertained me immensely! Even though I watched it in black and white, watching NTR and ANR share the screen was dazzling.

If you’re a lover of high quality cinema with outstanding screenplay, storyline, emotions and a high IMDB rating, this movie is not for you. If you’re a lover of movies with mass entertainment, comedy, action sequences that induce Goosebumps and are masala throughout, this movie is for you. Ignore the critics. Go watch this movie expecting the worst and you’ll come out of it singing about a crazy, crazy feeling.

How many times has Salman remade films in his career? He needs to stop this comedy-action series of movies because he doesn’t suit them.

Salman Khan does not at all do justice to the comedy in the original movie. Ravi Teja and Brahmanandam executed their scenes perfectly, while in the remake it felt cringey.

If you’re a Mahesh Babu fan, you’ll enjoy this movie. To anyone else, don’t go in with super high expectations. Go in expecting an average movie and you’ll come out satisfied.
