Having the Authority take over complete was an interesting step, and then it got lost with the "set up" plot. It got back on track with Jenny Quantum learning more about who she is and her powers, but predictable of her having a " garden" subplot.

This is the second Detective Comics graphic novel I've owned and it was good. Following the events after Joker War and seeing Batman have to start from the ground up and tackling problems without the more advance edge on his crime. The Huntress storyline paralleling Batman was good and eventually teaming up in the end was good.
