I waited for so long to watch this movie….only to be disappointed. I fell asleep for a bit during the first half, but gave a second attempt at watching fully awake. I wouldn’t even consider it a “slow-burn”, because the anticipated build up just…never happened for me. I don’t want to spoil, so I’ll just say it was very underwhelming. That is especially true for those of us who are thriller and horror fans that waited two years for this film. I feel bad for stating this considering the amount of work that goes into film and writing….but yeah. Really disappointed.
