Okay, so this feedback is due to season 2. I really liked season 1 and was very excited about season 2. Now that I’m watching it, it is gruelling. They totally didn’t continue the story from season one, and it’s really boring. But I’m the guy that HAS to watch until the end so I took my limited tv time and dedicated it to this show. One of my regrets in life is giving season 2 of Beacon 23 the very few hours I have of my free time.

I mean…it was fine. Loved Terrence Howard, but Jeremy Piven’s character just seemed soooo forced. And don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love Jeremy…the writing just didn’t feed his talent.

I think they held true to the original characters, plot and comedy. If you didn’t like it you must have not liked the first one. Too many times sequels go way too far in making it more outrageous, more outlandish, etc. this movie stayed true to form.

Not sure what to say about this. The part that Netflix shows for the trailer is the worst part and doesn’t represent the movie. So why did I watch it…I wanted something light late at night. With the bad trailer burned into my mind to start, it ended up being quite a bit more clever than I had anticipated, but was still over the top cheesy. All in all, I don’t regret killing two hours of my life on it, but wouldn’t watch it again and would really have to think long and hard about who I could actually recommend this movie to.

I thought this movie was brilliant - great story, great acting, well put together. If you like sci-fi, I think you’ll love this movie.

I didn’t know what to expect. It was truly entertaining! I binged the entire season on one flight. Yes it can be campy and cheesy at times, but I loved the story, it was extremely well put together, incredible filming, the cast is great and the music makes your heart pulse in every scene. It was like the love child of 24 and Superbad. I am looking forward to season two!

There are many shows I have watched and few have been as bingble as this (GOT excluded). Great concept and extremely well executed. I’ve seen some other comments complaining of Hollywood cliches, not believable characters, and whatnot - I believe they are from people who aspire to be movie critics looking for something to complain about the entire time while likely engulfed in the show. I have not read the book so I can not compare to that, but the long and the short is, if you like sci-fi tv, a great story and incredible cast then you should at LEAST give this show two epidodes to judge for yourself. I hope you like it as much as I did! Tony Collette is, as per usual, a rock star in this show. Okay, and on a personal note, I would freaking LOVE to see this happen in real life - I think the world could be a much better place if women had all the power!

Amazing film. Beautifully filmed, great cast and amazing music - don’t miss this one.

I didn’t know anything about this show before I hit play. This show has a great cast, well written and original so story. I am looking forward to season 2. Great job to all involved with this show.

Honestly I didn’t know what to expect…and I’m not a huge vampire fan, it’s been so over done! However, I thought the storyline was great, it kept me on the edge of my seat, and the actors did an amazing job. I’d highly recommend it!
