First of all Rolling Stone (toilet paper) initially gave the album a positive review. Then John Lennon gave a 3 hr interview where he spilled his guts in speak instead of song as Paul had done. After the interview, Rolling Stone suddenly changed their review, totally panning it. Mccartney 1 is raw, a pained rittled paul working through it all through song. Respect!!!

I'm not sure if this show resonates because of this mid-life thing I'm traversing but I do know that I'm sitting here checking out reviews 4 episodes deep hoping to catch a glimpse of why this sucker's hitting home.
Big heart dramas ride the edge of being over the top -dessert for dinner- but 'a million...' has me looking for an analyst instead of a dentist.
