Alto is not that great for drivers since the hours suck and it's very easy to get fired. The SUVs they drive are meh..You're monitored and critiqued at all times. You're also treated like a car detailer since they don't use a car wash to cut cost. It's not that cheap for riders, like a business expensive or a ride paid by a company so don't expect a lot of tips. The hiring process is long and can waste your time if you're looking for more dependable employment. The supervisors and management can be a bit testy or defensive. I can see where the company was going with this - offer a better experience than a ride sharing App but unfortunately the driver gets the short end of the stick.
