If you are a book reader, just do yourself a favor and read the book. Don't be lazy and watch the series....it is NOT the same as the book. The series is actually quite terrible and doesn't follow the timeline if the book at ALL!
It shouldn't even share the same title as they are 2 totally different story lines.
