Captivating, additive, and truthful BUT very painful to watch. I had to turn it off and come back to it several times. I guess it's just entertainment... unless you live it everyday. God help us.

Denzel is brilliant, as usual. I saw the movie as entertainment and I was certainly entertained. Now I wish he would teach his son, John David, who seems to be NOT quite as woke.

I love this show. It is funny and informative at the same time. African Americans have fought so many battles until sometimes we forget that there is a great nation that was also done a shameful and gross injustice....and it is still going on. God bless.
