Called in my order was told it would take 25 minutes over the phone. When I got there it was a hour. When I got my food it was hot but food was literally thrown together. My hamburger bread was soggy and fries were overly cooked. I called twice and whoever answered the phone made excuses why I couldn’t talk to the manager. It was packed but I expect to receive quality food for my takeout order. This is unacceptable it has to change. 8/20/22
