Clever, disturbing, and mysterious. Hard to say much about it without giving too much away, but it is an anti-rom com. A bit heartbreaking, a bit sweet, and a bit predictable once the initial twist hits. But definitely worth the time. Great acting from the two...that alone is worth the watch.

Just wasn't that good. So-so acting, or maybe it was just the writing and script. So many dumb, stereotypical lines. The story had so many holes and "that doesn't make sense" moments, that it really took away from the spookiness. Was surprised there were so many 5s in the ratings. Usually I totally agree with the general public when a movie is rated that high, but not this time.

Lots of "no one would do that" action from the victims and a mostly senseless violent scene to end. Not worth the time.

Great acting, gritty, and took time to tell a good story. Very well done.

Decent mystery with good twists and turns. A few moments you think of afterward that don't quite fit or could have changed things a bit had they come up in the movie, but all in all, worth the time.

Meh. After about 2/3 of the movie, my wife and I looked at each other and asked, "what is going on?". People are dead, but they are not dead. Looking for some kid gets you killed, and Maggie Q at 100 pounds dripping wet is John Wick. Sure. Oh, and throw in Michael Keaton since he's badass after American Assassin. And I really don't have anything against Michael Keaton. It's a shoot 'em up for shoot 'em ups sake with all the usual tropes. Nothing much original, but go for it if you like the genre.

You need to get past the first 15 minutes of random, mumbled, ADD-delivered dialogue for the movie to hit a stride. A decent build of plot with little time for character development. A bit surprised that 81% of viewers liked it as it left me a little flat. The climax was somewhat anticipated, but decent, nonetheless.

Clever enough and unique in the backwards storytelling. Worth the watch.

Twists and turns galore, and very well done. Haven't seen a mystery like that in quite a while. One where you need to watch again to see all the clues mixed in through the whole movie. Also, so nice to see a TV-14 show that didn't need R rated adds to make up for anything. This was very solid on its own as just a great story.

Two hours I'm not getting back. An alternate attempt at a psychological thriller, but apparently I like my movies more traditional. I can't believe anyone raved over something that odd. Screwed up just to be screwed up. So you know where I'm coming from on the movie front...Autopsy of Jane Doe, yes. Burning...hell, no. Zodiac, yes. The Gift, mostly. Gone Girl, yes. Good luck, and when you say like I did, "well, I'll give it a chance", you'll be happier choosing something else.
