Thought-provoking, but convoluted. This work from Peele after "Get Out" felt to me like Lanthimos' "Killing of a Sacred Deer" after "The Lobster". Bigger ambitions and philosophical abstraction that weren't given room to breathe, with plot turns literally explained by character monologues.
