A lot of people are saying that this show is bad because they’re isn’t any character development or because the characters didn’t carry weapons with them for a while. That is such an unrealistic way of thinking because if you were actually in that moment of fear and not knowing what the hell is going on, I’m sure you’re gonna grab the first thing you can and use it. And the characters do do that. Not everybody knows where to get a gun immediately and yet they finally managed to. As well as for the character development; everything is happening super quickly in not very much time. People are in shock and dread and yet still managing to survive. This isn’t months or years, this is weeks. And in my opinion there was character development. Especially with rose. I really enjoyed this show and the way they chose to film it. I find all the cuts to different perspectives very interesting and keeps things from being boring. I don’t feel as if any episode in this show dragged at all and actually I wish it didn’t finish so fast. I’m excited for a season 2. I’m also happy that this wasn’t another corny zombie production with cheap looking effects.
