Narcoleptic Axolotl

I was blown away by how much I hated every part of this movie. And yet, I couldn't turn it off. There's something strange about it that's captivating while the rest of it triggers an intense feeling of disgust. Even the parts with Nick Offerman, who is one of my favorite actors, were depressing and awful. But at the same time . . . I don't know how to describe it. I want to watch it again to figure out exactly what the story is, because it doesn't exactly click until the very end. But I also don't want to watch it again because I hated every minute of it. I don't even want to leave a star rating because I don't know whether to give it 5 or 1. I'll compromise and give it 3. No, 4, because it was a true novelty for me to be so captivated by something I found so disgusting.
