Breaking Bad had me on the edge of my seat countless times throughout the series. El Camino, on the other-hand, was flat, predictable, and just a tad boring. There’s plenty to “nit-pick” about in El Camino- but when you get to the bottom of it: did El Camino have the same can’t-look-away intensity of Breaking Bad? Absolutely not. Great for fans with no imagination who just want a happy-ever-after ending. 7/10 for a stand alone movie. 5/10 for Breaking Bad standards.
