To the Christian reader. This book seem so right and even Biblical. But when you examine it with Scripture you see that is is not at all. This book implies that the driving force behind one’s giving is the desire to receive in the long run. The more you give the more your receive. The Bible teaches this in Luke 8:14, “The seed among the thorns represents those who listen and believe God’s words but whose faith afterwards is choked out by worry and riches and the responsibilities and pleasures of life. And so they are never able to help anyone else to believe the Good News. Ask yourself my sister or brother: do you spend more time reading your Bible or self help books? Are you helping other to come out ahead? Are you growing in Christ or in your business more? If God said no to your business would you listen to Him?
