Police are always right, if they do something against the rules, it is for a good reason. The press and advocates are always wrong, the enemy. The mayor is the worst. The chief aggressively defends broken windows, stop and frisk, and profiling as "common sense". Notice the large number of five stars and very few under five. Fans are those who believe in this extreme view of policing. Contrast to the balance and reality of Law and Order
