Fun to watch this family living the life on a remote ranch in Australia. Crocodiles, helicopter ranching, boarding school for the kids, the outback is far, far from the madding crowd. The cinematography is stunning, revealing the remoteness and vast landscape of Australia.

I enjoyed the characters in this series, the relationships changing, and the mystery driving the plot through the seasons. The lead actors work hard to keep the audience's attention, and I have seen some of their other works because of the performances in The Killing.

I loved watching this series - the kids were great actors, the content was most ages appropriate, and every episode ended on a good note. Our family enjoyed many conversations after episodes aired, discussions got very philosophical. It's nice to watch something for entertainment and get a line of communication going afterwards.

This movie was painful to watch, Clint's voice sounds like chalk scratching fine sandpaper, he is barely able to walk - hip replacements? And the plot is reminiscent of a 1960's western TV show. The sets look like they were assembled in a high school gym, the script is slow, repetitive, and Clint gets to wring a chicken's neck. Show it at the Wednesday matinee for seniors living in memory care institutions. Serve tapioca pudding, and apologize to any Spanish speaking people for the lame accents and stereotypical characters.

Joaquin was brilliant, every facial movement and bone in his body dedicated to the role. I can't wait to see this movie again, it provoked a myriad of emotions and thoughts about where humankind is, where we should be, and the sadness that lives because of our failures. Still, I remain idealistic and don't own a gun.! Who's laughing now?

I liked it. It is nice to think that the horrific acts of the 'family' were interrupted; but then, the movie wouldn't be made. Tarantino could make a movie about the Titanic that didn't sink, maybe those who arrived in New York would have shaped America differently.

I'm trying to like this show, as I remember the 80's version, but it is difficult to enjoy the fashion style and the sets, there seems to be a disconnect from room to room in their 'mansion' and the vested suits in purple polyester, costume jewelry, furniture, it looks like somebody shopped at Walmart, not at all like the Dynasty of wealth I recall. the guys are all hot, so I'll keep watching.
