Awful. So many implausible scenes but here are a few: 1. No bank would behave in that way, which then made the rest of the story daft. 2. No one gets up just a few hours after knee surgery and walks around like that. 3. The “mayor”, who was played by a weak actor, would have made a watertight deal to ensure that Croker couldn’t double cross him. Etc Etc.
