Brightburn is somewhat entertaining movie it does fit in the superhero universe and the movie does keeps superman's capabilities and abilities well however I don't think it was necessary with the jump scares their almost all repeative however the movie does keep the superhero vibe as well as does a descent horror perspective on it and mixes them together like Brandon's abilities to violently attack is victims in very disturbing gruesome ways that stays with you
