What a wonderful love story. It's my favorite. When I met my girlfriend, I found out that she was from Holland, Michigan. When we visited her family one summer, we went to the Grand Hotel in Mackinac and reenacted the scene near the end of the movie where Richard spotted Elise walking on the grass. Monica and I have now been together for more than 14 years.
