This has been one of my absolute favorite books to read. I have been following Sarah Bessey for years now as she follows Jesus. Time and time again she points me to Him. She has invited others to share their prayers, their hearts - unvarnished, raw, honest - and in doing so gives space for our own honesty and doubts and rawness. Every single time each writer brings it back to Jesus, brings it back to talking/sharing/crying out to God. Please don't listen to those who have decided to get on the angry, outraged, ignorant bandwagon and take down this precious book, this precious, always grace-filled, always loving, always calling us back to Jesus author.
