This book has allowed me to unlock a new part of my mind. It has changed me both physically and spiritually. Helped me at my lowest and I am hoping to pass this book to my future children hoping it will do the same for them. Would recommend to anyone having a hard time right now. It has all of life's answers and can help you in so many ways. 10/10, would read again.
