The movie is highly entertaining, unless you're Roger Ebert, who places predecessors(Men in Black) as the benchmark for similar movies. Sure, it is similar, which is all the more the reason to enjoy it. That Jeff Bridges seems to reprise his usual gruff self from previous movies is a testament to his talent, which he does in an uncompromising way. He is what he is intended to be. In my opinion, RIPD will end up being a cult movie, as well it should be considering the cast. Much like The Big Lebowski. RIPD the Dude!
