I watched this movie today on Netflix and I thought it was bad, a lot of the stuff during the movie was very predictable and dumb with the terrible acting in most of the films runtime. I don’t think remakes should be a thing that should be set in a time like this, everybody is using their phones which was stereotypical of gen z especially when that one guy said “try anything and you’re cancelled” which makes me ashamed to be apart of this generation aha. As a whole the movie didn’t fall into a story, yeah there was that whole beginning of them arriving, but after the first kills it was just scenes of leather face just killing everybody. You could just rearrange the deaths and the outcome would be the same. During the finale the two girls that some how managed to avoid death and aren’t in shock after witnessing everybody getting chopped up with a chainsaw, with again a very predictable and comical ending.
