Insulting to actual SA survivors. Tepid, superficial representation of third wave feminist platitudes that only could come from the minds of rich Hollywood actors and producers. Horrendous. The acting was the quality of a CW11 show. The character development was non existent. Who is Nina? Who is Cassie? The script is a joke. Unrealistic actions and and unbelievable characters. Those revenge sequences? Oh yeah nothing is shown or apparently actually happens. The ending? Tacky and unfulfilling. The whole movie felt like what a manic pixie dream girl would write. As someone who’s been raped and would very much like to feel relief or revenge, this is was beyond disappointing.
