This was my 4th book on the subject of habits formation, I listened to the audio book format. The author’s voice is quite pleasant. I think she could have talked about her habits and family on a personal blog instead of writing so much non sense in a book. Too much personal information about her family and close friends and too little useful information for the general public. A “ me, me, me, “just be Gretchen “ book about a mature woman who acts more like a spoiled brat.
Some much more useful reseasrche based information about habits formation could be easier found in “Atomic habits” and “ The Power of Habits”.
