I called to reserve a group time slot for our Girl Scout troop. They never answered or called back, I left 3 messages. One of the Dads drove down there to reserve a spot for us at 5pm. They didn’t bother to tell us the waterside closes at 5pm until after we paid over $500. We paid for the whole group to get unlimited everything. So all the girls were really bummed it did not have the waterside open. The manager said the dad scheduled for 3:00 but he scheduled it for 5:00 because some of the parents worked until 4pm. Then the “young” manager got upset and yelled “whatever”! The only 2 things the girls could do was the go karts and mini golf. Nothing else was working or open. Also, even with our big group there (plus a bunch of other people there), they cleaned out the ice cream machine at 5:50pm and they were open until 8:00. The girls really wanted ice cream too. It was an awful experience. The girls worked so hard for that money that Summerland basically stole from them.
