I made reservations weeks ago for first time at House of Cards. Special occasion was first date. First impressions of restaurant was awesome but quickly became a nightmare. Went to hostess stand at reservation time and was told “we have no tables” how can that happen when you can only get in with a reservation!! WTH? You will have to sit at the bar. Went to bar and was told that was reserved seating. Had it not been a day I would have just left. The bar attended asked what the problem was and she said she would get to the bottom of it. We finally got a seat 1 hour late. Save yourself a lot money and go to McDonald’s, you are treated better!!! Horrible service, denied a table and the. Get kicked out of the open bar? Never going back!!
