As someone who collects the old books and watched the old tv show, it was exciting to see it come back to life again with a new twist. But also, this coming from a Gen Z kid, it *is* pretty woke and doesn't have the same vibes you would expect from the old stuff. I don't get why shows always have to shove 'diversity' into everything and make it all political but anyway, if that stuff bothers you then prolly don't watch it. The reviews that are saying it's not really woke? Yeah, don't listen to them--just because you're okay with it doesn't mean it's not woke lol. But yeah, overall it was okay. Fun to watch with mates or if you're bored.
