One of the most informative and fascinating books I have read in my lifetime - and easy and entertaining to read. I am 61, a retired clinician, am very interested in gut microbiomes, horrified by what I know about processed foods, and enjoying learning more about sustainability. Books like Soil, in my view, should be part of the modern day school curriculum. Thank you Matthew Evans, I am looking forward to Milk.
