This movie doesn't just show the action of the soldiers that were in Afghanistan. It takes you there, shows you the terrain, the people, the strife, and the constant stress of life there as well as the humanity and the bond between the men put in harm's way on all sides. It also shows you the price these people pay, both in country and at home. The camera angles were amazing, and showed the POV of the main characters as they moved from one level of existence to another. The acting was truly remarkable. It's been a long time, since Broke Back Mountain, that I've seen Gyllenhaaal really show his talent. Guy Ritchie has done it again with an enthralling plotline and cast of characters.
