Possibly one of the worst self help books I have ever read. The author make the claim at the beginning of the book that he is not biased towards any religion and in chapters 5, 6, 7, and 8 it is very apparent that he tries to tear down the concept of God and Christianity and he is not just despicable towards Christianity, but also Buddhism and thinks that his opinion is right and the others who came before misinterpreted these religions. He also repeats the same thing he said in chapter 1 in the other chapters but in different ways to make himself sound like he isn't and fill up the book more. Also he preaches constantly about doing away with the ego and being more open minded, however he is convinced that his teaching is the only right way and that everyone else is wrong. Eckhart Tolle and Deepak Chopra are the biggest con men in the self help industry. I tried very hard to keep reading but just couldn't take it anymore. If I could give this 0 stars I would.
