I been a huge fan of the Halloween series, I even read the comics of it. I took a huge leap of faith to watch this movie without expecting anything great. It was amazing, I enjoyed how they had a lot of Easter eggs from all the other Halloween movies. In my opinion, the Halloween series isn't a slasher movie but a ghost story. Due to the fact, it can happen in real life and because of that it should scare you. The purpose of this type of movie, is that you will look over your shoulder every time when your alone. Fearing the darkness and the unknown. At the moment I'm more interested what they will do in the next one. I also love how they brought John Carpenter, after all it is his baby.
