For those who analyse a movie aspect by aspect, screenplay, script, acting blah blah.... Well, guess what? Who cares! This movie, the struggle of an honest guy to do something good. Yes, it may be imperfect but thats what life is! Imperfection helps us connect to the movie... Insaaf!

Why was this even shot? The whole movie is a slowmo take at a pre Independence India exactly in Lahore (now Pak)... Unrealistic lavishness given the fact that the country in 1945 had been under 2 centuries of British rule... Lahore by the way has the longest railway station in the world, estimating this based on the last scenes, people climb on and off train, fight, cry, get struck while climbing, fall down, get up to climb again, get stabbed multiple times, fall and die and yet the train barely gets off the platform... Aweful everything...
