I agree in great measure with Stacie Grosso’s review. Confusing chronology, actors who don’t act or look the apparent age, inconsistent language & tone of conversation. Meryl Streep is the only character with a bit of 19th century phraseology. I sort of expected one of the young ladies to exclaim “Don’t you think he’s just dreamy?!” Nice ending but much confusion in the middle.
