The… Worst! This is a fake thriller. The script is awful and resembles something you would see on Lifetime. Events randomly happen with no explanation, and they make little to no sense such as the character Kendra Rae Philips suddenly appearing to save the protagonist Nella, she simply "received a call". Earlier in the series the ladies were searching upstairs for Nella but didn’t find her, so they just gave up and went on about their business. Not to spoil the subpar show, but it was never explained how the conditioning agent came to exist. The tropes made the series even more unbearable. One continued the whole series just for us to see her with a European style in the last minutes of the series finale. Oh, so a group of Black women giving another Black woman multiple compliments is suspicious? No, that should be encouraged, and we should see that more often. Also, Garcelle cannot act, but glad she received a check.
