I really enjoyed reading this book "Impersonal" but conscious existence! Fascinating! For him, each moment is newly born, no memory of past "desire for pleasure" and/or "fear of pain" remain. The foundation of things is in memory - without memory ( both the conscious and unconscious ) there would be no recognition. The unconscious memory makes the world in which he live so familiar, but for him, conscious memory leave no trace.
