Leo the Leper is a well written story that presents a different perspective of prejudice. It shows that humans can always find a way to elevate themselves above others and justify their cruelty. The main characters, however, are examples of how people from all walks of life can come together and befriend each other to rise above society’s injustice and change their world. In the process of changing their world, they learn to be comfortable and content with themselves as they are. This book holds the reader’s interest and is well worth the read.
