I appreciated the topic of this movie. The last time I watched a movie on this subject matter, it was “Imitation of Life,” (years ago). I was totally convinced that Irene pushed Claire out of that window as the writer does the classic “hide the hands behind the back,” move. It was beneath Irene, but she seemed so distraught and desperate. I wish she had been written as a woman who was confident and fought for her marriage instead of initially pushing her husband and Claire together then becoming jealous. I guess she fought back in a different way. I hated that it had such a sad ending. Awesome job!
