I love the fact that someone is finally showing type 1 diabetes on there show and summer is doing a great job about the needles some people cannot take there insulin because of the fear. I don't fear needles and I still struggle. I hope it shines a light on the fact that it is not just a condition it's a burden 4 needles a day plus the finger pricking it controls every aspect of your life and dictates where you can go what you can eat. Plus having to inject yourself in public isn't easy either.
