No, they do not deserve any sort of rating beyond 1 star. Part of the fun of a show like this is for you to try and pick out the cake.
Except the entire thing is staged, half the time they show a photo of actual food, then swap in the cake item at the last second before the obvious cake is cut.
I know reality TV is fake, but this is so insultingly fake it is gross.
