Irabotir Chupkotha: WHO is the author?? What is she trying to write? Is there any concept? Is there any story line? The story promises to talk about a girl who balances between job and home. Where is the job? What has she done for the home? Balancing? What is she balancing? She began a music career. That had enormous possibility. What happened to that? Where is that brilliant music director? Why would a governess stay on even after her work of bringing up a child (Aakash) is over? What kind of man is this Ananda Chatterjee, who would still keep a governess in the house, almost like a mistress, call her children his own, and Aakash Chatterjee going gaga over her? Villain is such a villain with no shades of goodness. Everyone can understand her tricks except Aakash and Ananda. Are they such fools? What is bhalo maa doing? Why would she allow Ira’s family to be on the street? Why would she leave the house leaving a maid there all by herself? Anyone who takes a decision to leave home and hearth to lead a life of recluse would at least tie all loose ends, in this case discontinue the services of the maid at least. What is the over emotional pishi doing? And that stupid Aveek and his wife doing? There is NO definite story line, no thread, things are jumping out of the blue? Most importantly, characters are not real. It is not based on any type of reality - the real emotions, joys and sorrows, struggles and success..... One switches on the TV for some wholesome, meaningful entertainment and not for such pulp fiction and trash. This author is churning out trash. We are not worried about the author, we are worried what it’s doing to the Bengali psyche! The bar is SOOOOOO low. What is happening to bengali mind of Pather Panchali? Literature shapes a society. What is this one doing? Or its likes? Have you seen the English soaps. They are soaps yet they have some substance. One looks forward to the shows.

I have never seen a movie as stupid and illogical as this one. The storyline is completely absurd. How can army commander accept a man who suddenly arrives in the unit. The subsequent happenings are bizarre. The story has no logical sequences. Things have been unthinkingly thrown into it to create horror. We laughed throughout. Very poor acting. The production house should be taken to task both by army and the govt.

Zee Bangla SaReGaMaPA, NOBEL Nobel is a good singer but he is hugely overrated.There seems to be a political agenda. He sings in one single style. He does not have much in his repertoire and is monotonous. We do not see any variation that we see in others like Ankita, Pritam, Ananya, Riti, Gurujeet, Rahul, Abanti, Gaurab. We challenge Nobel to sing something else. We challenge him to sing Dil. We also feel that Nobel is much older and the competition is, in a way skewed and unfair. A guy, who has been trained, has a lot of experience and had a wide exposure and therefore is, in an unjust competition with all the youngsters. SONGS Why you have forgotten Bangla songs. Most of it is in Hindi. And when in Bangla – it is mostly folk; nothing else – our wide repertoire – Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul giti, Atul Prasadi, Rajani kanto, adhunik - why are they forgotten? JUDGES Monali, you speak very well – the right words, right expressions, not more, not less. Very fair in your comments. Srikanto Acharya – A man of few words. You speak little but just in right measure to comment on all the singers. And you are very fair and encouraging. Sometimes you echo Shantanu Moitra's comments. We feel you should stick to your views. Shantanu Moitra – why do you talk so much with so much exaggerated expressions. Something that you can describe in three words, you use ten. Such verbosity! And that apart you are so flamboyant. Look at this young kids who are matured and balanced and have no pretensions. All of you use a lot of superlatives for Nobel. You notice when he kept his eyes closed and when not, you describe his each movement. You clearly look biased. Jishu – You are charming! We just adore you. You are doing a great job. Your anchoring is too good. And you are an attraction of the show.
