I think this movie was ahead of it's time to be honest. Nowadays, as a society we have an awareness of what feminism is and this movie is exactly that. Women being objectified for their looks and preyed on by powerful men. It's exactly what is wrong with Hollywood and i think not only did the critiques not take this movie seriously but they pre-judged it because of Megan (WHO SHOULD BE GETTING A HUGE APOLOGY FROM HOLLYWOOD) who has always been type casted as a dumb, air-headed, sex symbol. When in reality she's incredibly smart and articulate and actually quite funny. The writing of this movie was quirky and so relatable, but it also tackled issues of misogyny in an interesting horror like way. Anyways, it might be too late now but i hope people will come to the realization that this movie is a CLASSIC with a powerful message. Megan Fox and the writer of this movie deserve the biggest apology.
