So much wasted potential. The movie started off really well, and the storyline was engaging. But why do directors insist on making the female lead a complete and utter moron, so frustrating. She’s cast as a lawyer so she is well educated yet she decides to swim to the bottom of the lake wearing her jeans and hiking boots, completely ridiculous. If it was a male lead, no doubt they would have had him out there making solid shelter and hunting for food. The flashbacks were annoying and excessive. Completely unrealistic, she wouldn’t drink from the fresh running lake in front of her for fear animals had weed in it, get a grip. I would have loved this movie if they had let the female lead actually make intelligent decisions. Horrid
