This show is Amazing, The actors and actresses are very relatable, The 4 main liars all have different personalities, Aria being the artsy mysterious one, Spencer being the smart intelligent and consistent one, Hanna being the quirky daring one, and Emily being the shy and naive one. It starts off by one of their friends Allison disappearing mysteriously one night and for several seasons the liars are trying to find out who/what/when/where/why about Allisons death. Its almost bittersweet because Alison was a horrible friend and a horrible person to everyone but her friends would never give up on her. Alison basically had a double life and has been through many things that she would not tell her friends about, and they slowly start discovering these things about her after her death. The truth all starts unraveling. Meanwhile the 4 liars are being tormented by an anonymous person named "A". "A" is watching everyone's move and listening to everything at all times. The liars get threats over texts and "A"'s motive is to put all the liars against one another and create chaos in their lives as a form of revenge. However, the liars always stick together and do not let A come between them. I tell everyone that PLL is like a puzzle, you really have to pay attention to every detail because all the pieces eventually start coming together into one big picture. I will be honest I was VERY disappointed with who A was. It was almost so obvious that it wasn't a surprise and I personally did not care for the character as they barely got screen time through out the entire show. Its my 2nd time re-watching the show and I am noticing so many more details than I did when I first watched it. This show is brilliant, if it werent for the "A" reveal I would give it a 10/10 but for me its a 9/10 because of that. All in all its one of the best shows I have ever watched.
