What a surprise, went on a whim and loved it. Even though I theorized the end pretty early on, and many will, it didn’t diminish the rest of the play, particularly the thoughtful discussion in Act III of what it means to pass on and what we leave behind when we do. For anyone who has suffered loss and the unyielding fathoms of grief, I found the rendering beautiful and relatable. Definitely lots of jump scares as well but it was good fun. And plenty of chuckles throughout too.
