Only on second episode, but so far total schlock — wooden dialogue, one dimensional characters, cliched regional, period, and ethnic stereotypes, overwrought, melodramatic plot devices. Turns out the Greatest Generation also cursed, liked to dance, and suffered from air sickness. Wow. No idea what people who’ve given the series positive reviews like. Maybe it gets better.
